Google Ads and Meta Ads management for Warwick District businesses
Paid ads are the fastest way to put a local business in front of people who are ready to buy. They are also the fastest way to waste money, which is why most owners in Leamington, Warwick and Kenilworth have tried them once and stopped. The difference is aim. I run tight, local, high-intent campaigns with tracking that counts calls and enquiries, not clicks.
Google Ads: Search, Local and AI Max
£400 setup, then £450 a month management
Account build from scratch or a rebuild of what you have. Keyword research around buying language, a long negative keyword list from day one, location targeting by town or postcode radius, ad copy written to your offer, AI Max where it earns its place, call tracking and form tracking, and a monthly optimisation pass with a report you can read in two minutes. Your media budget is paid directly to Google. I recommend £300 to £1,500 a month for most local businesses, and I will tell you if yours is too small to be worth it.
Meta Ads: Facebook and Instagram
£400 setup, then £450 a month management
Pixel and conversions API setup, audiences built around your postcode area and your existing customers, creative direction, three ad sets tested each month, and a monthly report. Best for businesses with something to show: food, fitness, beauty, homes, events, retail.
High-Intent Digital Acquisition: both channels
£600 setup, then £750 a month
Google and Meta run together with one measurement setup, so you can see which channel actually produces the customers and move budget between them. This is the version I run for businesses that want to grow rather than tick over.
Ads account audit
£250, one-off
Already running ads? I go through the account line by line: settings, keywords, negatives, audiences, landing pages, tracking, and the last twelve months of spend. You get a written fix list ranked by how much money it will save or make. If you ask me to manage the account afterwards, the £250 is credited against setup.
What good looks like
For a local service business on a £300 to £600 media budget, a well-built campaign should produce enquiries in the first fortnight and a steady eight to twenty a month by the second month, depending on the trade and the season. If it is doing less than that after a full month, something in the setup is loose and I will find it.
For Kenilworth Vets, paid search and paid social brought in nearly 1,000 new customers in their first year at a cost per sign-up under £5. Read the case study.
