Case study
Kenilworth Vets
Nearly 1,000 new clients in year one, at a cost per sign-up of under £5.
A brand new independent vet practice in Kenilworth, launching into a town with established competitors and no client list. I have run Kenilworth Vets' marketing from the start: the launch ad film, the website, the paid search on Google including AI Max campaigns, paid social on Meta, leaflets, banners and print, the full set of event assets for Kenfest, and a stream of hyper-local blog posts written to catch pet owners searching in Kenilworth, Leamington and Warwick.
The creative did the heavy lifting
"We don't want to see your dog" turned the vet's job on its head. A practice that wants to see fewer sick animals is a practice that is doing its job properly, and saying it out loud got Kenilworth Vets talked about in a town where nobody had heard of them a month earlier. It ran at Kenfest, on banners, in print and across paid social.
Podge Patrol
Weight clinics are a hard sell. Nobody wants to be told their dog is overweight. The Podge Patrol badge turned it into something owners wanted to sign their dog up for, which is the whole trick: make the thing people should do the thing people want to do.
One leaflet, every promise, in plain English
The welcome leaflet put the practice's promises in one place, with the offer front and centre. No jargon, no small print, nothing for a new client to work out for themselves.
